To Karl Rove that is. He has been informed that he will not be charged in the Plame case. From the NY Times:

The prosecutor in the C.I.A. leak case on Monday advised Karl Rove, the senior White House adviser, that he would not be charged with any wrongdoing, effectively ending the nearly three-year criminal investigation that had at times focused intensely on Mr. Rove.

But… but… but… I thought he was already indicted on May 12th. So will we get an apology or at least find out who the source is? I wouldn’t bet on it, Trouthout is still standing behind their story.

Allahpundit says its time to gloat now, I think its time to party!!! Scott Ott tries to ruin it by claiming the GOP’s doomed, but I’ll just keep enjoying myself by laughing at the DUmmies, thanks to pjcomix who reads it all so we don’t have to.

Al-Zarqawi is dead, this is great news! The “safe house” he was in wasn’t so safe when it was hit by two 500 lb bombs. While this doesn’t mean we are done fighting in Iraq, it is a victory. We got one of the worst terrorists along with 7 of his lieutenants, and dealt a blow against the Al Queda network. We can expect some retaliation, but we need to continue the fight.  The moonbats can’t be happy about this, wonder how long until the replace their Che shirts with Zarqawi gear?
The even better news is that the Iraqi government has filled the last three open positions. Hopefully this will mean good things for Iraq’s unity government.

Al Gore, in an interview with the Guardian, claimed that the Bush administration is a “renegade band of rightwing extremists.”

I wish!  If Bush is a rightwing extremist I want to know what that makes me.  I’m definately to the right of Bush on many issues.  Is Al Gore that for out in left field that he can’t even see those of us to the right of Bush?

Allah Pundit over at Hot Air reports that the Department of Defense is releasing the video of the plane that hit the Pentagon.  Judicial Watch filed an FOIA request to get it realeased.

There have been conspiracy theories that a plane did not actually hit the Pentagon, including a video supposedly proving it didn’t.

The Pentagon says the video wasn’t released until now because of the Moussaoui trial, but Goldstein at Protein Wisdom tells us that it was to distract from the Rove indictment which didn’t happen.

Texas Rainmaker says the first lefty website to try and make that connection was the Democratic Underground, imagine that.

There has been a rumor going around the left side of the blogosphere that Karl Rove has been indicted for pergury, of course its just that, a rumor. It’s still fun to laugh at all of the moonbats orgasming about a Rove indictment that didn’t happen however.
