Is Hillary the Democrat Reagan?

Eleanor Clift has an article in Newsweek touting Hillary for the Democrat presidential nominee, comparing her to Reagan. I’m not sure how a political opportunist can be compared to someone who was politically consistent. Sounds like an attempt to get conservative support.
